Hi I’m Katie! I am a licensed cosmetologist and co-owner of Arcana Lash Studio located in Knoxville, TN. I’ve been doing lash and brow enhancement services for 3 1/2 years and have loved every second of it. As a master lash artist, I’m here to provide high quality lash enhancement services all while maintaining a healthy lash line and keeping the integrity of your natural lashes in tact! Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service amount. Any no-shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service amount. Refusal to pay the fees will result in all future appointments to be paid beforehand. I do not offer refunds, all sales are final.
